Alongside her freelance work Caroline founded the award-winning company Feelgood Theatre Productions in 1994 and is the artistic director and CEO.  Celebrated for creating theatre with a definite sense of risk and adventure they commission new work and re-imagine classics fusing the unusual with the imaginative. Their work is visceral and passionate with an expertise in site specific experiences.  Based in Manchester their work tours nationally -  including the West End - and internationally.   They celebrated their 25th anniversary in 2019 and have been awarded the Horniman Award for outstanding services to the community, Pete Postlethwaite Award, Angel Award for Artistic Excellence, 3 Manchester Evening News Awards and the inaugural HTF Media Award.
